Fn-14 Genotyping

This project concerns the genotyping process between Wild Type and LysMCre+ positive mice.

It goes over the general Cre-LoxP system, its application and importance, and goes on to discuss the Fn14 gene and its functions.

It then describes the Fn14 Cre-LoxP gene design and its potential areas of usage in medical research, including a current ongoing project.
