Nursing staff retention in an issue for many healthcare facilities. Nearly 18% of new nurses leave their position within the first year due to stressful working conditions, understaffed facilities, and lack of leadership. Our goal is to implement an orientation program that is structured to address these issues by providing nurses with the training they need to feel comfortable and confident in their position.
