Interventions to Boost Morale and Retain Nurses

The aim of this project is to provide leadership with ways to boost unit morale with the intention of retaining nurses. In order to do this we want to discuss instituting code debriefings, start having monthly unit meetings with staff and management, and institute interventions to decrease the stress of nurses on the unit. Then we want to evaluate this by providing the staff nurses with a survey to see if our interventions proved successful.
