Religion in feminist dystopian literature plays the essential role of reflecting our current ideologies back onto ourselves. The concepts of power, oppression, resistance, and liberation are key to understanding how we function as a society. Through the analysis of fictional texts and moments in our history, we can further this understanding to better prevent these dystopian futures.
